Camps & Clinics at Dream River Ranch
We are very proud of our camp offerings. From kids horse camps to adult weekend clinics, we provide a wide offering of choices to improve your riding skills.

| Our Kids Horse Camps are scheduled around a long weekend (four days). We have found that children are able to learn and concentrate well for that period of time. So the length of the camp is structured to keep learning levels high. During the camp we focus on teaching good horsemanship skills that will improve any style of riding--Western or English. We work both inside the arena and out on the trail. The camp ends with a horse show where we invite friends and parents to see the horsemanship skills that the children have worked so hard to accomplish. There are other activities as well. Our Horseback Archery Clinic will feature Todd Delle who is the head of Kassai USA, as our instructor. Horseback archery is an exciting combination of horsemanship and archery skills. For those who like to do something different on horseback--this would be the clinic for you. You may bring your own horse or rent one of ours. |
| For those who (like us) want to recreate the feeling of a knight on horseback. The sound of thundering hooves down the list, the look and feel of holding a lance, we have our weekend long Jousting Clinic. This is also another chance to improve your general horsemanship skills by doing something you don't normally do. Plus, you get to show off your newly learned skills with a show at the end of the weekend. Bring your own horse--or rent one of ours. |  |
